Compass is a non‑medical, coordination‑only service. Families may use their own preferred providers, or Compass can help screen and present options that match their needs and specifications. Compass never sells, shares, or passes along your information to third‑party providers without your consent, and no vendor will contact you because of Compass. Compass never receives referral fees or kickbacks for recommending a provider; all recommendations are made solely in the best interest of the senior and their family. When hands‑on or specialized services are needed, Compass presents carefully screened provider options and, once a family selects the provider they prefer, coordinates communication and scheduling on their behalf.
